Randy Eckel, Chief Executive Officer

Randy Eckel A career entrepreneur with experience spanning more than 20 years in the software sector, Randy has founded, grown and managed a variety of software and service organizations, and has spent many years as an advisor to small and medium-sized technology businesses. Randy also has substantial experience in Financing and Merger & Acquisition strategy, both as a CEO/President and as an Advisor/Broker.

Darius DiTallo, Chief Financial Officer

Darius DiTallo Darius joined ImageTag in 1999 and brings over 20 years of expertise in the financial field. Darius manages the innovative financial strategies that create a strong foundation for ImageTag’s ambitious business goals. Originally from Ohio, and by way of Phoenix, Darius received his formal accounting education at Baylor University. He started his career with Price Waterhouse and worked internationally in Hamburg, Germany. Upon his return stateside, Darius transitioned to private accounting and held key financial positions as Controller and CFO to several private and public companies including Service Control, Lee Optical and ImageChoice. His public and private accounting experience in a broad range of industries gives him a unique blend of strong financial controls coupled with a comprehensive, pragmatic approach to developing business strategy.

Dave Duckworth, SVP, Sales, Marketing and Services

Dave Duckworth As Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Services, Dave is responsible for the overall leadership and direction for Sales and Marketing. Dave has over 20 years of high-tech industry executive management experience ranging from well known companies (HP, IBM, Sybase etc…) to smaller niche organizations (eproperty tax and InfoImage). Dave holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Systems from Stanford University. Dave is also an avid runner and a Masters swimmer.

Danny Calhoun, Director of Product Support and Operations

As ImageTag’s Director of Product Support and Operations, Danny Calhoun leads the KwikTag Support, IT and Operations teams. Danny is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over 10 years of technical and customer support experience. Danny started his tenure at ImageTag as the network administrator for the hosted infrastructure, then went on to manage Support and Operations. He previously worked in IT and engineering support and network administration at both Motorola and SkyMall. Danny earned a BA degree in Japanese and was the recipient of the Monbusho (Japanese Ministry of Education) scholarship before starting his career in the public sector as Coordinator for International Relations in a local Japanese government office. When Danny is not “on call”, he enjoys playing basketball and reading classical American and Japanese literature.

David Gallivan, Director of Development

David Gallivan has extensive experience in software architecture and development, network management and engineering in software companies spanning numerous industries and applications. Prior to ImageTag, where David directs KwikTag development, David was Chief Software Architect at both Republic Project, a Web 2.0 music experience site, and Bright Spot Media, a Web-based consumer application provider. David was also Director at eInstruction, an educational software manufacturer, and in engineering and network management at Cyclone Commerce and SalesLogix. David holds two B.S. degrees from Chapman University in Electronics and Computer Science.

Bobby Babbrah, Independent Board Member

Bobby Babbrah Bobby has been involved with ImageTag for over four years as CTO/Chief Product Officer and a year as President. Previously, Bobby was CTO and VP of Engineering at Helm Software, provider of on-demand CRM solutions targeting Fortune 100 companies in the Food Services Industry, where he successfully instituted agile practices in enterprise architecture and project management. Prior, Bobby was VP, Architecture and Content Engineering at Pearson Education’s School Companies group where he led the development and architecture of on-demand solutions for the K-12 market. Bobby also held position of Chief Architect at InfoImage Inc., where he led the design and development of one of the first enterprise-class portal frameworks for portal object management, personalization and enterprise integration. Bobby holds a BS in Computer Science from Arizona State University’s Fulton School of Engineering, MS in Information Management from Arizona State University and MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
