KwikTag for Microsoft Dynamics NAV is fully integrated, so it requires no special programming. Fundamentally, NAV stores all the financial transactions, while KwikTag stores all the related documents. This is seamless to end users who capture and retrieve all documents from within Navision. It might even appear that you are only using NAV! When you purchase KwikTag for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you get two products. You receive the user interface that works inside NAV and the KwikTag filing cabinet. Automatically link paper documents, any electronic file (word docs, spreadsheets, etc.) and emails directly into NAV transactions upon scanning. Find documents via NAVor simply open a KwikTag filing drawer and search for documents.
With KwikTag for the Enterprise, authorized users outside the accounting department (such as your department managers that authorize payments) can view images without NAV. Additionally, you can use KwikTag to store the paper for other departments independently.

Standard Retrieval
Select the KwikTag button on the bottom of the transaction screen to retrieve images and electronic files, which will display in another window.
Special Delivery KwikTag can email recipients that a document has arrived.
Single Click to Email
Send electronic documents after opening your TIFF or PDF as an attachment to an email message from within NAV.

Additional Information
Client Software KwikTag is embedded in the current Navision client. KwikTag Enterprise end users can either use the full KwikTag client or a web client. The KwikTag client runs with Windows XP Professional or Windows 2000 Professional.
Scanning Devices
KwikTag works with any network compatible digital copier, scanner or fax machine. Digital copiers from leading manufacturers such as Canon, HP, Konica, Kyocera, Mita, Lanier, Muratec, Oce, Panasonic, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba and Xerox are often used by KwikTag customers.
