ImageTag Acquires eFinitive Systems

Expands Paper-to-Digital Portfolio to Microsoft Business Solutions Customers

eFinitive Systems used ImageTag's patented technology, KwikTag^®, to incorporate related paper as digital images into financial software applications, specifically Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS). eFinitive Systems successfully implemented numerous solutions for customers, embedding this paper-to-digital capability directly into Microsoft Great Plains, Navision and Axapta applications. eFinitive Systems sold and implemented these solutions directly and through a select network of Microsoft Business Solutions partners. eFinitive resellers will be able to leverage resources from the ImageTag's partner program, while eFinitive customers gain the benefit of a larger organization and a robust support organization.
