ImageTag Announces DocSolid Imaging Partnership for Legal Market

DocSolid will provide KwikTag® document imaging software to law firms

April 1, 2009, CHANDLER, AZ  – ImageTag, Inc., developer of the award-winning KwikTag document imaging software, today announced that it has sold its legal business division to DocSolid, a new company that will support existing customers while expanding KwikTag imaging solutions into the legal industry. Steve Irons, founder of ImageTag and inventor of KwikTag software, will run DocSolid with an established team of imaging software and legal industry experts. The company will focus on new sales and provide support for existing customers while broadening its solution portfolio through KwikTag CONNECT® integration partnerships such as Interwoven, Open Text, Aderant-CMS, Metastorm and Elite.

Joining Mr. Irons as part of the DocSolid team are Eric Lynn, director of customer services, and Marc Jankowski, director of sales. Combined, the team brings more than 25 years of experience in selling, supporting and customizing KwikTag software, and over 40 years in the document imaging business. As the original builders of ImageTag’s legal market initiative, DocSolid ensures customers a seamless transition, as well as unmatched expertise for support, customer service, and solution design.
