KwikTag returns a list of documents instantly, allowing you to retrieve the documents you need from within AX, even when you don’t know to which transaction they’re associated. KwikTag also displays documents related to documents, for example, a PO related to a given invoice.

Powerful KwikTag workflow capabilities extend transaction data and related documents beyond AX to process reviewers, approvers and/or auditors. At the end of the review/approval process, KwikTag can automatically associate approved documents with your AX transactions. If needed, KwikTag can hold an AX invoice transaction until all approvals are gained, then release the KwikTag hold to allow the transaction to proceed.
